• Spring Hill Homes proposes Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to develop the site with two residential buildings consisting of four high-rise towers linked by two 'U'-shaped podiums. The buildings will include a total of 977 apartment units and feature a transition to low-rise residential with three-storey podiums along Arthur Bonner Ave. Podium height increases to six storeys towards Highway 7 with four 18-24 storey towers above. The proposal includes a 813 sq m public park, three underground parking levels, and preservation of the Francis Pike House to be used as a daycare. Access is from two points on Arthur Bonner Ave.
